Durango 2018 Home Prices Show a 6% Rise Over Last Year

Home Price Trends in the Durango Colorado metropolitan area show a 6% year-over-year rise in median sales price and a 0% rise in median rent per month. The median sales price for homes in Durango for Mar 1 to May 30 was $408,250 based on 128 home sales. The average price per square foot for Durango was $236, an increase of 5% compared to the same period last year.
